国家治理现代化视角下《档案法》修订的内在逻辑

The promulgation and implementation of the new revised Archives Law of the People's Republic of China incorporates the development of archives into the national strategy from the perspective of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.The construction of archives legal system has entered a new historical period.This change is an inevitable requirement for national governance and reform under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.As the governance logic shifts to p eople*s rights,the rights and responsibilities in the new revised law gets clearer,thus governance efficiency is significantly improved.The content of governance extends from the archive itself to the construction of archive information and data security to serve the needs of the modernization of national governance.
