利用社交媒体信息参与构建专题数字档案馆的思考

信息时代,社交媒体的影响力日益增加。作为政府发布权威信息与公众进行沟通交流的重要平台,社交媒体信息在构建社会记忆、留存历史凭证、提供决策支持等各个方面发挥着至关重要的作用。社交媒体信息的特性较为契合专题数字档案馆的建设特色。本文首先论述社交媒体信息的归档价值,其次分析社交媒体信息参与构建专题数字档案馆所面临的机遇与挑战,最后得出利用社交媒体信息构建专题数字档案馆的四条路径。

In the information age,the influence of social media is increasing day by day.As an important platform for the government to release authoritative information and communicate with the public,social media information plays a vital role in building social memory,retaining historical documents,providing decision support and other aspects.The characteristics of social media information are in line with the construction characteristics of thematic digital archives.This paper first discusses the archiving value of social media information,then analyzes the opportunities and challengesfacing social media information to participate in the construction of thematic digital archives,and finally proposes four paths to use social media information to build thematic digital archives.
