摘要
针对传统鞋柜存在的功能单一、空间利用率低、鞋子查找存取不便及易滋生细菌等问题,结合立体车库思想、现代电子技术和物联网技术,对传统鞋柜进行结构改造和功能升级.结构优点:采用立体车库思想进行鞋柜主体结构设计,使鞋柜能够自动垂直循环移动.功能创新:在鞋柜内安装杀菌除臭、祛湿防霉、自动垂直循环移动、蓝牙通信等功能模块,并进行用户端APP设计,实现了手机APP远程选鞋、自动升降、自动出鞋、快捷存鞋、远程监控、杀菌除臭、祛湿防霉、状态显示等功能.实验表明,该设计有效增大了鞋柜容量,方便了用户存取鞋子,同时又能够实现自动消毒、烘干、除臭,进而改善鞋子储藏环境.
Aiming at the problems of single function,low space utilization,inconvenient search and access of shoes and easy breeding of bacteria in traditional shoe cabinet,combined with stereo garage idea,modern electronic technology and Internet of things technology,the structural transformation and function upgrading of traditional shoe cabinet were carried out. Structural advantages:the main structure of the shoe cabinet is designed based on the idea of three-dimensional garage,so that the shoe cabinet can move vertically automatically;function innovation:the function modules of sterilization and deodorization,dehumidification and mildew prevention,automatic vertical circulation movement and Bluetooth communication are installed in the shoe cabinet,and the user app is designed to realize the remote shoe selection,automatic lifting,automatic shoe release,quick shoe storage and remote shoe storage Monitoring,sterilization and deodorization,dehumidification and mildew prevention,status display and other functions. The experiment shows that the shoe cabinet can effectively increase the capacity of shoes,facilitate users to access shoes,and can effectively disinfect,dry and deodorize shoes automatically,thus improving the storage environment of shoes.
