线上线下混合式教学在“生物药剂学与药物动力学”实验教学中的设计与应用 被引量:8

Design and Application of Online and Offline Mixed Teaching in Experimental Teaching of “Biopharmaceutics and Pharmacokinetics”

摘要 为探索线上线下混合式教学对"生物药剂学与药物动力学"实验教学效果的影响,文章以我校2017级药学和中药学专业344名学生为研究对象,将教学班学生随机分为对照组与实验组,分别采用传统式和混合式教学进行实验教学,以课程期末实验成绩、卷面成绩和学生的学习效果作为评价指标.研究结果显示,对照组和实验组的实验平均成绩分别为(95.5±2.7)分和(97.2±1.1)分,卷面平均成绩分别为(65.5±14.1)分与(70.6±12.5)分,组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05).学习效果调查结果表明,混合式教学能明显激发学生的学习兴趣,提高其学习专注度和学习效率,培养学生的自主学习能力、实验设计能力和团队合作意识,并能提升学生分析问题和解决问题的综合应用能力. In order to explore the influence of online and offline mixed teaching on the experimental teaching effect of"biopharmaceutics and pharmacokinetics",344 students of pharmacy and traditional chinese medicine in our university in 2017 were selected as the research objects,and the students in the teaching class were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The traditional and mixed teaching methods were used for the experimental teaching,and the final experimental results,the paper results and the learning results were taken as the evaluation index. The results showed that the average scores of the control group and the experimental group were 95.5±2.7 and 97.2±1.1 respectively,and the average scores of the test paper were 65.5±14.1 and 70.6±12.5 respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.01,P<0.05). The results show that blended teaching can obviously stimulate students’ learning interest,improve their learning concentration and efficiency,cultivate students’ autonomous learning ability,experimental design ability and team cooperation consciousness,and improve students’ comprehensive application ability of analyzing and solving problems.
