基本养老保险与居民主观幸福感——基于广义精确匹配方法(CEM)的实证研究

The Effect of Social Pension Insurance on the Subjective Well-Being of Chinese Residents:Analysis Based on the Method of Coarsened Exact Matching

社会治理现代化需要完善社会政策以满足公众需求,社会政策尤其是基本养老保险政策能否影响居民主观幸福感是学者和政府关注的重要问题之一.基于CGSS2015的调查数据,本文使用广义精确匹配方法(CEM),降低了个体的选择性偏差并减少了混杂因素对于结果的干扰,提高了实证结果的效度,从而更加精准地探究基本养老保险制度对于提升居民主观幸福感的政策效应.研究验证了基本养老保险制度对提升居民主观幸福感的正向作用.同时,基本养老保险能够调节我国居民年龄与主观幸福感之间的关联,使得参与基本养老保险的居民随着年龄的增加,具有更强的主观幸福感.

The reform and implementaticn of the basic endowment insurance for urban and rural residents are salient issues in China.At the same time,with the improvement of living standards,more people are concerned about their happiness.As a result,whether the social policy can influence the public's subjective well-being has become an important issue for scholars and governments.Based on the data of Chinese General Social Survey in 2015,this paper explores the effect of the Social Pension Insurance on the improvement of residents’subjective well-being through the method of coarsened exact matching(CEM)and ordered logit regression.This research concludes that the Social Pension Insurance has a significant positive effect on the residents'subject well-being.Moreover,compared to those without the Social Pension Insurance,those with it have higher subjective ell-being as they getting elder.
