挤压温度对大规格镁合金散热器性能的影响

摘要 采用不同的挤压温度对Mg-4Al-1.5Mn-0.5V镁合金大规格散热器试件进行了挤压试验,并进行了散热性能、腐蚀性能和显微组织的测试与分析。结果表明:在360℃挤压温度下试样的散热性能和腐蚀性能均最佳。在此温度下挤压试样的散热性能最大,导热系数为149 W/(m·K);腐蚀电位最正,为-0.905 V;平均晶粒尺寸最小,为8.6μm。Mg-4Al-1.5Mn-0.5V镁合金大规格散热器的挤压温度优选360℃。 The large size radiator test-pieces of Mg-4 Al-1.5 Mn-0.5 V magnesium alloy were extruded at different extrusion temperatures, and the heat dissipation properties, corrosion properties and microstructure were tested and analyzed.The results show that the heat dissipation and corrosion properties of the samples are the best at extrusion temperature of 360℃. At this temperature, the thermal conductivity of the extruded sample is the highest, which is 149 W/(m·K);the corrosion potential is the most positive, which is-0.905 V;and the average grain size is the smallest, which is 8.6 μm. The optimized extrusion temperature of Mg-4 Al-1.5 Mn-0.5 V magnesium alloy radiator is 360 ℃.
