新时代市级社会组织党建现状研究——基于对成都市17家社会组织的调查

Research on the Current Situation of Party Building of Municipal Social Organizations in the New Era:based on the Investigation of 17 Social Organizations in Chengdu City

新时代背景下,社会组织党建工作蓬勃发展。基于对成都市17家社会组织党建工作的研究,发现当前社会组织党建工作整体开展较好,具体实践形式多样。但在实践过程中,存在多头领导、人才缺乏、内容单一、经费不足等问题。对此,提出以下对策:明确党组织关系,实行统一领导;加强培训,提高党建工作者素质;“党建+业务”,探索新型党建模式;健全经费保障机制,促进党建发展。

Under the background of the new era,the Party building of social organizations is developing vigorously.Based on the research on the Party building work of 17 social organizations in Chengdu city,it is found that the Party building work of social organizations is carried out well on the whole at present,and the concrete practice forms are various.But in the process of practice,there are many problems including multi-leaders,lack of talents,single content,insufficient funds and so on.Accordingly,the following countermeasures are put forward in this paper:we should clarify the Party organization relationship,implement unified leadership,strengthen training,improve the quality of Party construction workers,explore a new model of Party building such as“Party building plus business”,improve the fund guarantee mechanism,and promote the development of the Party and other coping strategies.
