人文关怀护理对老年脑卒中患者负性情绪的影响研究

Influence of humanistic care on negative emotions of elderly stroke patients

目的探讨人文关怀护理对老年脑卒中患者负性情绪的影响。方法选择207例老年脑卒中患者,根据护理方法不同分为观察组(105例)和对照组(102例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予人文关怀护理。结果观察组护理后Bathel指数评分、Fugl-Meyer评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组HAMD、HAMA、SPBS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理工作满意度为94.29%,高于对照组的84.31%(P<0.05)。结论人文关怀护理可明显改善老年脑卒中患者的负性情绪,提升日常生活能力和肢体运动功能,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care on negative emotions of elderly stroke patients.Methods 207 elderly stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,105 cases in observation group and 102 cases in control group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given humanistic care.Results The scores of bath index and Fugl Meyer in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the scores of HAMD,HAMA and SPBs in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction rate of nursing work in the observation group was 94.29%,and that in the control group was 84.31%(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care can significantly improve the negative emotions of elderly patients with stroke,enhance their daily living ability and limb motor function,and improve nursing satisfaction.
