永久性沥青路面结构在佛清从高速公路中的应用

摘要 依托佛清从高速公路永久性沥青路面试验段,监测施工过程中关键层位顶面回弹模量及各层顶面弯沉值,通过实测数据校准三维有限元模型,进行了永久性沥青路面与半刚性基层沥青路面结构力学响应及疲劳寿命对比分析。结果表明:相比于半刚性基层沥青路面结构,永久性沥青路面结构路表弯沉、沥青层底应力应变、土基顶面压应变更大;设置FAC-13抗疲劳层及LSPM-25抗裂层后,永久性沥青路面结构永久变形量更小,疲劳寿命更长。 Being based on the test section of permanent asphalt pavement of Foqingcong Expressway,the resilience modulus of the key layer surface and the deflection value of each layer surface have been monitored during the construction process.The THREE-DIMENSIONAL finite element model has been calibrated through the measured data,and the structural mechanical response and fatigue life of permanent asphalt pavement have been compared and analyzed with those of semi-rigid base asphalt pavement.The results have shown that as being compared with semi-rigid base asphalt pavement structure,the deflection of pavement structure surface,stress and strain of asphalt bottom,pressure strain of soil foundation top surface of the permanent asphalt have been greater,but by setting FAC-13 anti-fatigue layer and LSPM-25 anti-cracking layer,the structure surface permanent deformation of permanent asphalt pavement becomes smaller,with longer fatigue life.
