安徽省生产性服务业集聚的经济效应研究——基于动态面板数据的系统GMM分析

Research on the Economic Effect of Producer Service Industry Cluster in Anhui Province--System GMM Analysis Based on Dynamic Panel Data

文章采用区位商测度了安徽省生产性服务业及其细分行业的集聚水平,并构建2006—2017年安徽省各市动态面板数据模型,运用系统GMM估计方法实证分析了生产性服务业及其细分行业集聚的经济溢出效应。研究发现:生产性服务业集聚对地区经济增长具有显著的促进作用,其细分行业集聚的经济效应具有行业异质性,交通运输仓储和邮政业、信息传输计算机服务和软件业、金融业集聚显著地促进经济发展;房地产业集聚、租赁和商业服务业、地质勘查业、水利环境和公共设施管理业集聚抑制地区经济发展,但作用不显著;批发零售业和科学研究技术服务业集聚变量前的系数为正,但没有通过显著性检验;不同行业集聚对经济增长的作用方向和影响程度有较大差异。

The location quotient was used to measure the agglomeration degree of Anhui’s producer service industry and its sub-sectors.A dynamic panel data model was constructed based on the 2006-2017 Anhui provincial city-level panel data.The system GMM estimation method was used for empirical analysis.The economic spillover effect of agglomeration of producer services and their sub-sectors has been found in research:the agglomeration of producer services has a significant promotion effect on regional economic growth,but the economic effect of agglomeration of sub-sectors has industry heterogeneity and different industries.The agglomeration of transportation and warehousing and postal industry,information transmission computer service and software industry and financial industry has significantly promoted economic development.The agglomeration of real estate industry,leasing and commercial services and address exploration,water conservancy environment and the management of public facilities inhibits regional economic development,but the effect is not significant.The coefficient before the agglomeration variable of the scientific research technology service industry and wholesale and retail industry is positive,but it fails the significance test.The effect of agglomeration on economic growth and the degree of influence are quite different.
