摘要
作为新时期高校思政教师队伍建设的重要组成部分,思政教师师德师风建设直接关系着高校立德树人目标的实现及高等教育改革的成效。当前,高校思政教师师德师风建设仍面临着价值观多元化、师德教育单一等诸多挑战,文章重点从组织协调机制、学习教育机制、考评激励机制、监督保障机制四个方面构建了高效思政教师师德师风建设长效机制,旨在规范思政教师师德师风行为,全面助推高校思政教师师德师风建设。
As an important part of the construction of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in the new era,the construction of the teachers’ethics is related to the realization of the goal of moral education and the effectiveness of higher education reform.At present,their moral construction is still facing many challenges,such as the diversification of values and the singleness of moral education.This paper focuses on four aspects:organization and coordination mechanism,learning and education mechanism,evaluation,and incentive mechanism,and eight systems of supervision and guarantee mechanism to build a long-term effective mechanism for the moral construction.It aims at standardizing the moral behavior of ideological and political teachers and comprehensively boosting the ideological and political education in colleges and universities including the construction of their morality and style.
