Research on the Role of College Counselors in the New Era:Ought to be,Being and to Accidentally to be--From the Student Cadres’Perspective

新时代高校辅导员应是学生干部联系最为密切的“朋友”,是学生干部队伍的优秀领导者、班级管理工作的智慧指导者、学生健康成长的最佳知心人。但因各种因素的影响,不少辅导员“带兵”“管事”和“爱生”的能力难以充分发挥。基于此,高校辅导员必须锤炼领导能力,做学生干部的优秀“领头羊”;提高管理水平,做班级管理工作的尽职“当家人”;涵养自身素养,做学生健康成长的合格“大先生”,使学生干部对辅导员的角色期待实现从世俗实然到逻辑适然的转变。

In the new era,college counselors should be the closest“friends”of student cadres,the excellent leaders of student cadres,the wisdom guides of class management,and the best bosom friends of students’healthy growth.However,due to various factors,it is difficult for many counselors to give full play to their abilities of“leading the army”,“managing affairs”and“loving students”.Based on this,college counselors must temper their leadership ability,be an excellent“leader”of student cadres,improve their management level,be a“family member”of class management,cultivate their own quality,and be a qualified“master”of students’healthy growth,so as to make the role of student cadres expect to change from secular to logical.
