摘要
轮廓仪是一种两坐标测量仪器,为了使自动标注更为准确,将数字信号的采样数据散点图,选用23个点分成24条直线段和曲线段,并将24条线段分成平行于x轴的直线、不平行于x轴的斜线和圆弧线三种类型,通过Python进行数据拟合,分别建立数学模型.以两条拟合线的交点,作为标注轮廓线各项参数的计算依据,运行Mathematica程序计算出工件水平和倾斜状态下的各项参数.
Profilometer is a two-coordinate measuring instrument.In order to make the automatic marking more accurate,this paper is designed to fit the data of the 24 groups of line segments—straight lines parallel to the X axis,oblique lines unparallel to the X axis and curves—divided from the 23 points on the sampling scatter diagram of the digital signal by Python to establish three mathematical models.Thus,on the basis of the intersection of the two fitting lines and through Mathematica,all parameters of horizontal and inclined workpiece are calculated.
