新工科背景下多学科交叉融合的水利类人才培养模式创新——以甘肃农业大学农业水利工程专业为例

Innovation of Water Conservancy Talents Training Mode Based on Multidisciplinary Cross-integration Under the Background of Emerging Engineering——Take Agricultural Water Conservancy Engineering Major of Gansu Agricultural University as an Example

以甘肃农业大学农业水利工程专业为例,依据我国农业水利工程专业传统人才培养的现状及存在的问题,结合甘肃农业大学办学定位,从人才培养方案优化、课程体系整合、教学内容和教学方法创新、管理体制建设等方面构建了基于新工科背景下的多学科交叉融合的人才培养模式,以期为我国西北培养“懂农业、爱农村、爱农民”的高素质农业人才.

Taking the agricultural water conservancy engineering specialty of Gansu Agricultural University as an example,according to the current situation and existing problems of traditional talent cultivation of agricultural water conservancy engineering specialty in China,combined with the school orientation,a multidisciplinary integration talent cultivation mode based on the background of new engineering is constructed from the aspects of talent cultivation scheme optimization,curriculum system integration,teaching content and teaching method innovation and management system construction,so as to cultivate high-quality agricultural talents who"know the agriculture,love the countryside,love farmers"for Northwest China.
