摘要
针对珍珠球的特点,对运动员进行有计划的训练,可以降低比赛过程中出现的不利因素和突发事件.将珍珠球训练有机地划分成4个区:水区、限制区、封锁区、得分区.训练过程分为4期:1期主要是以个人技术为主,2期加一些体能训练,3期主要是以个人战术为主,4期指导学生学习全队配合.对实验组和对照组训练前的身体素质进行t检验,各项数据都说明差距不大.对照组正常训练前后身体素质t样本检验,都表现出了较高的t值.实验组分期训练后和对照组正常训练后的各项身体素质对比,实验组学生的身体素质明显好于对照组.学生通过应用分期训练能够有效提高学生的身体素质,获得良好的运动成绩,达到体育锻炼获得体质健康的目的.
According to the characteristics of pearl ball,the planned training can reduce the adverse factors and emergencies in the process of competition.The pearl ball training is divided into four parts:water area,restricted area,blockade area and scoring area.The training process is divided into four stages:the first stage is mainly focuses on personal skills,the second stage is added with some physical training,the third stage is mainly focuses on personal tactics,and the fourth stage is to guide students to learn and strengthen team cooperation.Before training,the physical quality of the experimental group and the control group was tested by t,and all the data showed that there was little difference.The t-sample test of the physical fitness of the control group before and after the normal training showed a higher t value.The physical quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group.Staged training can effectively improve the physical quality of students,help them get good sports results,and achieve the purpose of obtaining healthy physique through physical exercise.
