经皮脊柱内窥镜技术治疗腰椎疾病的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 经皮脊柱内窥镜技术(PET)已广泛的应用于治疗腰椎疾病并取得一定的疗效,但是由于PET技术自身的局限性仍是限制PET技术取得更好疗效的障碍,患者接受PET治疗后仍将面对术后复发、较严重的并发及再次手术的可能风险。本文从经皮脊柱内窥镜技术的发展史、操作方法、优势与不足、适应证、并发症及其预防等方面,全方位的阐述经皮脊柱内窥镜技术在腰椎疾病治疗中的应用及研究进展,以期在今后的医者使用PET技术时,重视并严格把握其适应证及做好术前评估,进一步改善疗效。 Percutaneous endoscopic technique(PET)has been widely used in the curative effect of treating lumbar disease and has been made.However,the limitation of PET technology itself is still the obstacle to get better curative effect,and after treated with PET,the patients will still face severe postoperative recurrence,concurrent and the possible risks of surgery again.In this paper,the history of percutaneous endoscopic technique of the spine,operating methods,the advantages and disadvantages,indications,complications and prevention of percutaneous spinal endoscopy in the treatment of lumbar diseases were reviewed in an all-round way,so that the future doctors can strictly grasp the indications and do a good job in preoperative evaluation when using PET technology,so as to further improve the curative effect.
