在决战决胜脱贫攻坚的伟大实践中,"党建+扶贫"的模式逐渐形成,以党建为统领并集中各方资源和多方力量助推脱贫攻坚工作取得阶段性成果后,这一模式得到普遍推广和运用。云南各级党组织紧紧围绕脱贫攻坚这个大局和中心,通过提升党建工作的能力、水平和质量,推动释放了"党建+扶贫"模式的效能,并为打赢脱贫攻坚战提供了"云南样本",作出了"云南贡献"。"党建+扶贫"模式在实践层面反映出党建工作与扶贫工作的现实交融性、优势互补性和成果一致性,在理论层面反映出两者的逻辑必然性、内在统一性和目标契合性,体现了"党建+扶贫"实践与理论的有机统一。

In the great practice of the decisive battle of poverty alleviation,the Party building and poverty alleviation model has gradually formed.After a phased achievement of the poverty alleviation made by focusing all resources and muti-forces with Party building as the leader,this mode has been widely promoted and applied.Party organizations at all levels in Yunnan have closely focused on the overall situation and center of poverty alleviation,which promotes and releases the effectiveness of the"Party construction+poverty alleviation"mode by improving the ability,level and quality of Party construction work,and provides"Yunnan sample"and"Yunnan contribution"for winning the war of poverty alleviation.This mode reflects the practical integration,complementary advantages and achievement consistency of Party building and poverty alleviation in practice,and the logical inevitability,internal unity and goal fit of the two in theory,which reflects the organic unity of practice and theory of"Party building+poverty alleviation".
