全过程造价管理在建筑工程管理中的应用研究

Application and Research of Whole Process Cost Management in Construction Project Management

当前城市化进程持续进行,城市化带动了建筑工程项目快速发展,建筑工程项目为了能够活动充足经济效益,就需要加强造价控制和管理,通过落实全过程造价管理能够显著减少工程成本,提升建筑工程经济效益。文章首先就建筑工程造价具体特点展开论述,然后就建筑工程管理中全过程造价控制的策略提出几点建议,希望可以促进建筑工程造价管理工作进步,实现建筑工程项目长效发展。

The current process of urbanization continues,and urbanization has driven the rapid development of construction projects.In order to achieve sufficient economic benefits,construction projects need to strengthen cost control and management.Through the implementation of the whole process cost management,the project cost can be significantly reduced and the economic benefits of construction projects can be improved.This paper first discusses the specific characteristics of construction project cost and then puts forward some suggestions on the whole process cost control strategy of construction project management,hoping to promote the progress of construction project cost management and realize the long-term development of construction project.
