厦航翔安机场航空配餐中心一期工程设计研究

The design study of the first phase of aviation catering center of XIAMENAIR at Xiang’an International Airport

以厦门新机场厦门航空配餐中心工程方案设计为例,为配餐类特殊工业航空基础设施的设计工作提供参考建议。详细研究设计方案,充分考虑如规范要求、主要工艺流线、布局原则等此类功能建筑的共性,并兼顾厦航生产习惯、设备选型差异、项目所在地气候特点等特殊需求,分析此类项目在设计过程中需注意的问题。以顺利完成满足保障航空配餐的食品安全性、生产保障高效性等相关要求的高品质建筑设计工作。

Take the project design of Xiamen Airlines Catering Center in Xiamen New Airport as an example.This article provides some suggestions for the design of catering special industrial aviation infrastructure.The design scheme is studied in detail,and the commonalities of such functional buildings,such as specification requirements,main process flow lines and layout principles,are fully taken into account,as well as the special needs of Xiamen Airlines,such as production habits,equipment selection differences and climate characteristics of the project location,in order to complete the high quality architectural design successfully to meet the relevant requirements of ensuring the food safety of aviation catering and the high efficiency of production guarantee.
