福州旧住区室外公共场地适老化改造需求分析与对策

老龄化背景下,社会对老年人生活质量的提高越来越重视。而旧住区陈旧的基础设施和落后的物业管理已经不能很好地为老年人提供舒适的生活环境。以福州市旧住区室外公共场地环境为例,结合当代老年人生活需求,分析了适合福州旧住区室外公共场地的适老化改造需求并提出改造措施。

In the context of aging,society is paying more attention to improving the quality of life of the elderly.The outdated infrastructure and backward property management in old residential areas can not provide a comfortable living environment for the elderly.This article takes the outdoor public space environment of the old residential area in Fuzhou as a case,combined with the daily needs of the contemporary elderly,analyzes the needs of suitable aging renovation of the outdoor public space in the old residential area of Fuzhou and proposes renovation Measures.
