Innovation and Practice of Regional Architectural Design of High-rise Commercial Residence--Taking the Design of Guomei Lingxiu Community in Putian as an Example

在我国最大量的高层商业住宅建筑实践中,真正传承当地地域文化并被大众接受的项目并不太多。通过对莆田国湄领秀小区设计实例分析,研究传承莆田地域建筑特色的现代高层住宅建筑设计方法,探索高层商业住宅小区地域性设计的创作要素和创作心得。

In the practice of the largest number of high-rise commercial residential buildings in China,there are not many projects that truly inherit the local regional culture and are accepted by the public.Through the analysis of the design example of Guomei Lingxiu community in Putian,this paper studies the design method of modern high-rise residential buildings inheriting the regional architectural characteristics of Putian,and explores the creative elements and creative experience of regional design of high-rise commercial residential community.
