摘要
现如今,随着中国城市化进程速度日益加快,大量农村人口涌向城市,使得原本就不太充裕的一二线城市生存空间进一步缩小。人均占地面积的减少,促使城市开发建设不得不趋于纵向发展,加大空间利用率,而原本落后的建筑工程管理模式,已经不能满足现在的建设市场需求。通过利用BIM技术,把原本图纸化的数据看图模式,切换成为可视化的建筑信息模型,已经成为现代建筑市场的新趋势,将建筑过程的各个阶段有机统一起来,便于综合协调,把控施工进度,并且,通过BIM技术使建筑物通过虚拟建模完整呈现出来,能有效提升管理水平,防控风险,继而推动建筑领域健康发展。
Nowadays,with the acceleration of China’s urbanization process,a large number of rural population flocked to cities,which further reduced the living space of the first and second tier cities,which was not enough.The reduction of per capita floor area makes urban development and construction have to tend to vertical development and increase space utilization rate.However,the backward construction management mode can no longer meet the current construction market demand.By using BIM Technology,the original drawing data view mode is switched to a visual building information model,which has become a new modern construction market The trend is to integrate all stages of the construction process organically to facilitate comprehensive coordination and control the construction progress.Moreover,through the BIM Technology,the buildings can be completely presented through virtual modeling,which can effectively improve the management level,prevent and control risks,and then promote the healthy development of the construction field.
