摘要
详细介绍了无线自动化监测技术在福州滨海新城某医院(一期)项目高支模系统的施工监测过程,分析关键部位的支撑轴力、杆件倾角、模板沉降、整体水平位移等参数在顶板混凝土浇筑过程中的监测数据。监测结果表明,无线自动化监测系统可实时监测高支模系统在混凝土浇捣过程中的变形和内力,及时发现监测点的预警情况,采取必要的加固、巡查措施。在监测过程中多个测点的比对,可以有效控制因布料不均匀造成模板局部内力或变形过大,保证了高支模体系在混凝土浇捣施工全过程的安全稳定。
The article describes in detail the construction monitoring process of the high-formwork supports system for a hospital(Phase I)project in Binhaixincheng,Fuzhou using the wireless automatic monitoring technology,and analyzes the monitoring data of the axial support force of the key parts,the inclination angle of the members,the settlement of the formwork,and the overall horizontal displacement in the process of casting concrete roof.The monitoring results show that the wireless monitoring system can monitor the deformation and internal forces of the high-formwork supports in real time when casting concrete,and can discover the early warning of monitoring locations in time,thereby promoting the adoption of necessary strengthening and inspection measures.Comparison between multiple locations during the monitoring process can effectively control the excessive local internal forces or deformation of the formwork caused by uneven concrete spreading,which ensures the safety and stability of the high-formwork supports in the whole process of casting concrete.
