Psychological Problems Related to Sexually Transmitted Diseases

性传播疾病(STD)包括淋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣、艾滋病、生殖器疱疹、软下疳、非淋菌性阴道炎等,目前公认的已达20余种。STDs发病率逐年上升,为国家经济以及公共卫生带来了了极大的压力,同时患者容易滋生出一系列不良情绪如:否认、怀疑、羞耻、恐惧、愤怒、焦虑、抑郁、孤独感及睡眠障碍等,这些不良情绪反过来又会促进病情的恶化,同时可能造成恶意传播等不良事件。因此,关注STDs患者心理健康问题对于治疗性传播疾病以及减少发病率至关重要。本综述就STDs与抑郁、焦虑、愤怒等不良情绪之间关系详细展开叙述,旨在唤醒对STDs患者心理健康的关注。

Sexually transmitted diseases(STD)include gonorrhea,syphilis,genital warts,AIDS,genital herpes,chancroid,non-gonococcal vaginitis,etc.There are currently more than 20 recognized species.The incidence rate is increasing year by year,which has caused great pressure on the national economy and public health.At the same time,patients are prone to a series of negative emotions such as denial,doubt,shame,fear,anger,anxiety,depression,loneliness and sleep disorders.These negative emotions in turn will aggravate the deterioration of the disease,and may cause adverse events such as malicious transmission.Therefore,paying attention to the mental health of STDs patients is essential for the treatment of sexually transmitted diseases and reducing the incidence.This review will focus on the relationship between STDs and depression and anxiety.The relationship between anger,anger and other bad emotions is described in detail,aiming to arouse attention to the mental health of STDs patients.
