摘要 皮肤是一个神经内分泌器官,其功能的调控和稳态的维持需要中枢神经、自主神经、外周神经、内分泌以及免疫系统的共同参与。下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴是联系皮肤与神经、免疫、内分泌系统之间的桥梁。HPA轴的正常功能对于皮肤稳态的维持和调节具有重要作用,其失调与许多皮肤病的延续与恶化有关。因此,近年来研究HPA轴对皮肤功能的调控机制并将其应用到临床上以探索新的皮肤病治疗方法受到广泛的关注。本文以银屑病为例,就目前已知的HPA轴对皮肤功能与稳态调控机制做一总结,以期为相关皮肤病的治疗提供新思路。 The skin is a neuroendocrine organ.The regulation of its functions and the maintenance of homeostasis requires the participation of the central nervous system,autonomic nerve,peripheral nerve,endocrine and immune systems.The hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis(HPA Axis)is the bridge between the skin and the nervous,immune,and endocrine systems.The normal function of the HPA axis plays an important role in the maintenance and regulation of skin homeostasis,and its imbalance is related to the continuation and deterioration of many skin diseases.Therefore,research on the regulation mechanism of the HPA axis on skin function and its application to the clinic to explore new treatment methods for skin diseases has received extensive attention in recent years.This article takes psoriasis as an example,and summarizes the currently known HPA axis on skin function and homeostasis regulation mechanism,hoping to provide innovative ideas for the treatment of related skin diseases.
