Objective Psychological Assessment Methods in Psychodermatology

心身疾病是指心理-社会因素在疾病的发生、进展、诊断、治疗及转归等全过程中起主导作用的一类躯体疾病[1]。随着国内外学者对心身皮肤病研究的深入,心身性皮肤病现逐渐引起皮肤科医生的关注。目前,抑郁、焦虑等心理精神症状的评估以患者的症状描述、临床医师的精神检查及量表为主,前两者均较为主观,缺乏更多的客观指标。近年来出现了一些新型检测方法,可以较为客观地评估患者心理精神症状。本文就神经成像技术、神经电生理检查、代谢组学、实验室指标以及其他检测方法五个方面展开阐述。

The psychosomatic disease refers to that somatic disease originates from or is aggravated by psychological factors which are playing a leading role in the process of occurrence,progression,diagnosis,treatment and outcome.With the in-depth study of psychosomatic skin diseases by researchers at home and abroad,dermatologists are increasingly concerned about psychodermatology.Currently,the assessment of psycho-social symptoms such as depression and anxiety is based on the patient’s symptom descriptions and the clinician’s psychiatric examination and scales,the first two of which are more subjective and lack more objective indicators.In recent years,some new psychological assessment methods have been developed which could objectively evaluate patients’psychosocial symptoms.In particular,this paper is divided into five parts including neuroimaging,neuroelectrophysiology,metabonomics,laboratory indices and other detection methods.
