摘要
以不锈钢纤维毡为原料,制备具有不同孔隙结构的多孔材料。对不锈钢纤维多孔材料的阻尼性能进行测试,分析孔结构参数与阻尼系数的影响规律。结果表明:孔隙度越低,丝径越细,材料的阻尼减振性能越好;延长烧结工艺中的保温时间,可以提高材料的阻尼性能。烧结结点数量对阻尼性能的影响不大。
Taking stainless steel fiber felt as raw material,the porous materials with different pore structure were prepared.The vibration-damping properties of the stainless steel fiber porous materials were detected.And the effects of the vibration-damping properties on the stainless steel fiber porous materials were studied.The results show that the lower the porosity,the smaller the diameter,the better the vibration-damping properties.Longer heat preservation time could improve the vibration-damping properties of the stainless steel fiber porous materials.The effects of the number of the sintering joints on the vibration-damping properties is very little.
