摘要
针对传统方法解决齿条变形耗时耗力的现状,以某SNC815重载齿条为研究对象,运用现代有限元分析方法,对其渗碳后油淬过程的温度和相变结果进行了分析,找出该齿条的变形原因和规律。结果表明,通过调整淬火温度和油温、在合适区域加载配重的方法,能使齿条的变形情况得到较大改善。相比于初始工艺,齿条整体凸起量减少了0.328 mm,齿宽凹陷量减少了0.26 mm。
Aiming at the current situation that the traditional method to solve rack deformation was time-consuming and labor-consuming,a heavy load rack made of SNC815 was taken as the research object,the temperature and phase change results of oil quenching process after carburization were analyzed by using modern finite element analysis method,and the causes and laws of deformation of the rack were found out.The results show that,the deformation of the rack can be greatly improved by adjusting the quenching temperature and oil temperature and loading the counterweight in the appropriate area.Compared with the initial process,the overall protruding amount of the rack is reduced by 0.328 mm,and the tooth width depression is reduced by 0.26 mm.
