摘要
为了升级元器件储存环境监测手段,设计一种元件器储存环境监测模块。该设计以STM32控制器为核心,采用数模转换技术对电子元器件储存环境关键因素进行实时采集,如温度、湿度、污染物、氧气、光照强度等,使用摄像头模块进行图像采集与监控,使用串口-WIFI转换模块与无线路由连接,实现数据通过WIFI发送至网络监测客户端。经过调试与测试,实现了对储存环境的实时网络监测,提高了监测效率,升级了监测手段,降低了电子元器件仓储管理人员的工作强度。
In order to upgrade the monitoring method of storage environment of components,a monitoring module for storage environment of components is designed.The design takes STM32 controller as the core,uses digital to analog conversion technology to collect the key factors of storage environment of electronic components in real time,such as temperature,humidity,pollutants,oxygen,light intensity,etc.the camera module is used for image acquisition and monitoring,and the serial port WiFi conversion module is used to connect with wireless routing,so as to realize data transmission to network monitoring client through WiFi.After debugging and testing,the real-time network monitoring of storage environment is realized,the monitoring efficiency is improved,the monitoring means are upgraded,and the work intensity of the storage management personnel of electronic components is reduced.
