基于运作模式匹配的自动化电能计量周转柜设计 被引量:1

摘要 为解决传统电能计量周转柜由于设计不合理导致计量设备存储资源浪费,且对计量设备管理水平有很大制约性的问题,设计了一种基于运作模式匹配的自动化电能计量周转柜。对自动化电能计量周转柜所需实现的基本支撑功能、应用功能进行分析,在此基础上,选择模块化拼装结构进行整体设计,通过主控单元对全部模块进行管理,基于运作模式实现不同类型的周转柜拼接,利用设计数据接口完成和其余业务应用的通信。可通过数据访问技术和HTML客户端技术完成计量生产调度平台的信息共享与集成,通过数据四层架构实现整体技术支持。在运作模式匹配下所设计的周转柜还可保证库房盘点工作的有效实施,相对其他模式所建立的相应自动化电能计量周转柜体系,设计可达到计量设备存储规范化、高效化、经济化。经实验分析,发现所设计周转柜可提高工作效率与经济效益,使其通信性能优。 In order to solve the problem of waste of storage resources of metering equipment due to unreasonable design of traditional electric energy metering turnover cabinets,and a great restriction on the management level of metering equipment,an automatic electric energy metering turnover cabinet based on operation mode matching was designed.Analyze the basic support functions and application functions that the automatic electric energy metering turnover cabinet needs to realize.On this basis,choose a modular assembly structure for overall design,manage all modules through the main control unit,and realize different types of Turnover cabinets are spliced,and the design data interface is used to complete the communication with other business applications.The information sharing and integration of the metering production scheduling platform can be completed through data access technology and HTML client technology,and overall technical support can be achieved through the four-tier data architecture.The turnover cabinet designed under the matching operation mode can also ensure the effective implementation of the warehouse inventory work.Compared with the corresponding automatic electric energy measurement turnover cabinet system established by other modes,the design in this paper can achieve the standardization,efficiency and economy of the storage of metering equipment.After experimental analysis,it is found that the designed turnover cabinet can improve work efficiency and economic benefits,and make its communication performance excellent.
