Design of a kind of transmission sealing device applied to chemical machinery

摘要 针对化工机械设计了一种传统密封装置,该装置属于非接触式机械密封装置,通过流体动压效应设立,装置同时采用密封环、椭圆形密封圈结构、端面开设动压槽三种结构,利用高压侧、低压侧、密封坝、螺旋槽、密封堰设计上游泵送机械传动密封装置端面结构,通过动压效应,在动环和静环之间生成一层流体膜这种流体膜,从而确保动环和静环端面在整个传动过程中都不会产生接触,分别计算出螺旋槽半径、端面槽数、螺旋槽半径、弹簧比压、平衡半径、摩擦功耗及摩擦系数。分析装置的局部详图,根据分析结果展示了该装置在化工机械上的安装方式。实验结果表明,设计的传动密封装置在应用于化工机械时,可以维持流体动态平衡状态,确保压力稳定,降低端面温升,对于确保机械的安全性、可靠性,提高机械的使用寿命有重要意义。 A traditional sealing device is designed for chemical machinery.The device belongs to non-contact mechanical sealing device.It is set up by hydrodynamic effect.The device adopts three structures:sealing ring,elliptical sealing ring structure and dynamic pressure groove on the end face.The end face structure of upstream pumping mechanical transmission sealing device is designed by using high pressure side,low pressure side,sealing dam,spiral groove and sealing weir,Through the dynamic pressure effect,a layer of fluid film is formed between the dynamic ring and the static ring,which ensures that the end faces of the dynamic ring and the static ring will not contact during the whole transmission process.The spiral groove radius,end groove number,spiral groove radius,spring specific pressure,balance half diameter,friction power consumption and friction coefficient are calculated respectively.The detail drawing of the analysis device shows the installation mode of the device on the chemical machinery according to the analysis results.The experimental results show that the designed transmission seal device can maintain the fluid dynamic balance state,ensure the pressure stability and reduce the temperature rise of the end face,which is of great significance to ensure the safety and reliability of the machinery and improve the service life of the machinery.
