摘要
关于生产线异常问题的处理管理,设计了一种语音报警的无线安灯系统。通过分析生产线异常问题的解决和处理流程,提出了一种异常问题的分类和分级的方式。在生产线现场利用文本与语音合成技术,以及WiFi无线技术,开发了安灯报警器,实现了生产异常问题分类现场播报和消息的无线传输。同时也开发了信息采集,消息推送和看板的软件,并在生产线进行测试和应用,实现了报警信息可视化。通过异常问题解决的分级处理,在生产异常问题的提醒,数据的传递方面,大幅提高了生产异常问题的解决速度。
According to the handling and management of abnormal problems in the assembly line,this paper designed a wireless alarm ANDON system with voice alarm.By analyzing the process of solving and handling abnormal problems in the assembly line,a classification and grading method for abnormal problems was proposed.Using text-to-speech synthesis technology and WiFi wireless technology on the assembly line,Andon hardware had been developed to realize the on-site broadcasting and wireless transmission of messages for the classification of abnormal production problems.At the same time,the software for information collection,message delivery and kanban has also been developed and tested and applied on the production line to realize the visualization of alarm information.Problems were solved by grading,in the production of abnormal problems in the reminder,data transmission,significantly improve the production of abnormal problems to solve the speed.
