基于频谱分析的甲状腺超声介入诊疗设备故障自动诊断方法 被引量:1

摘要 针对利用原有方法进行甲状腺超声介入诊疗设备故障自动诊断时,在设备台数为20~36台的范围内存在故障排查速率较低的问题,因此,提出一种基于频谱分析的甲状腺超声介入诊疗设备故障自动诊断方法。通过WSNs状态监测模型进行甲状腺超声介入诊疗设备故障信号采集,采集的设备故障信号包括时域故障信号与频域故障信号。对采集的信号数据实施预处理,选择的预处理方法为通过平均值方式对数据实施补齐处理;通过可辨识矩阵方式对数据进行属性约简处理。基于专家系统构建甲状腺超声介入诊疗设备故障自动诊断模型,实现甲状腺超声介入诊疗设备的故障自动诊断。通过对比实验证明该方法在设备台数为20~36台的范围内故障排查速率高于原有方法,实现了故障诊断性能的突破。 When using the original method for automatic diagnosis of thyroid ultrasound interventional diagnosis and treatment equipment,there is a problem of low troubleshooting rate in the range of 20-36 sets of equipment,so a method of automatic fault diagnosis of thyroid ultrasound interventional diagnosis and treatment equipment based on spectrum analysis is proposed.The fault signals of thyroid ultrasound interventional diagnosis and treatment equipment were collected by WSNs condition monitoring model.The fault signals of the equipment included time domain fault signal and frequency domain fault signal.The selected preprocessing method is to complete the data by means of average value and attribute reduction by discernibility matrix.Based on the expert system,the automatic diagnosis model of thyroid ultrasound interventional diagnosis and treatment equipment is constructed to realize the automatic fault diagnosis of thyroid ultrasound interventional diagnosis and treatment equipment.The comparative experiments show that the fault diagnosis rate of this method is higher than that of the original method in the range of 20-36 devices,which realizes the breakthrough of fault diagnosis performance.
