摘要 在通航飞机中,其维修数据中起落架占比往往最高。本文以国内某著名141单位在役的CESSNA172R飞机为研究对象,首先对起落架组成及各部件故障原因进行分析,并将起落架故障作为顶事件,根据顶事件和基本事件的逻辑关系建立故障树,通过重要度计算分析起落架各部件故障的薄弱环节。本文的研究结果可为起落架维护的工程实践提供有益参考。 In general aviation aircraft(or training aircraft),the proportion of landing gear in maintenance data is often the highest.Therefore,taking the CESSNA 172 R aircraft serving in one CCAR-141 school of China as the research object,this study first analyzes the composition of the landing gear and the causes of the failure of each component,then takes the landing gear failure as the top event,then establishes a fault tree according the logical relationship between the top event and basic events,and finally analyzes the weak links of the failure of each component of the landing gear through the calculation of importance.Results of this research can provide useful reference for the engineering practice of landing gear maintenance.
