学院准军事化管理模式下辅导员角色定位思考

Thinking on the Role Orientation of Counselors under Paramilitary Management Mode

辅导员是高等学校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,具有教师和干部的双重身份;辅导员是开展大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,是高校学生日常政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者。根据学院民航院校的特殊性以及学院飞行大学生管理工作的实际需要,本文分析了飞行大学生准军事化管理模式下辅导员的几大角色定位以及承担这些角色需要的职业要求和素质要求。

Counselors are an important part of the teachers and management team in universities.They have the dual identities of teachers and cadres.Counselors are the backbone of carrying out ideo logical and political education for universitiy students and the organizer,implementer and guide of da ily political education and managemnt for university students.According to the particularity of flight universitiy and the actual needs of flight universitiy management,this paper analyzed the rolepositioni ng of the counselors under the paramilitary management mode of flight college students,as well as th e occupational requirements and quality requirements to assume these roles.
