高职院校分类招生改革路径探析

Analysis on the Reform Path of Classified Enrollment in Higher Vocational Colleges

作为当前高校考试招生制度改革的重要内容,高职院校分类招生旨在逐步形成分类考试、综合评价、多元录取的招生录取模式,使其成为高职院校招生的主渠道,将高职院校与普通本科招生相对分开,体现职业教育与普通教育是两种不同类型的教育。从分类招生实践情况来看,存在偏重知识考查不重技能测试、考试标准不一、招生录取不规范、没有形成独立招生录取体系等问题。分类招生暴露出的问题说明分类考试和招生制度仍需完善,但是分类招生社会认可度不高,更深层次的原因在于职业教育受歧视的现状仍然没有得到改观。因此,提高职业教育吸引力、加快现代职业教育体系建设是分类招生改革的根本路径。

As an important part of the current reform of the examination and admission system in higher vocational colleges, the classified enrollment of higher vocational colleges aims to gradually form an enrollment model of classified examination, comprehensive evaluation, and multiple admissions, making it the main channel for enrollment in higher vocational colleges. The school and general undergraduate enrollment are relatively separated, reflecting that vocational education and general education are two different types of education. From the perspective of classified enrollment practice, there are problems such as emphasis on knowledge examination rather than skill test, different examination standards, non-standard enrollment and no independent enrollment system. The problems exposed by classified enrollment indicate that the classified examination and enrollment system still need to be improved, but the social recognition of classified enrollment is not high. The deeper reason is that the current situation of discrimination in vocational education has not been improved. Therefore, improving the attractiveness of vocational education and accelerating the construction of a modern vocational education system are the fundamental path of the reform of classified enrollment.
