摘要
随着国家、各省市"双一流"建设的发展和推进,学界基本形成了共识,一流大学的建设关键在于一流学科,一流学科的建设关键在于一流师资队伍。这可以从"双一流"提出之后,各高校间激烈的人才争夺战中可见一斑。地方高校要实现国家"双一流"建设的目标,当务之急是加强一流师资队伍建设。标杆分析法为研究地方高校一流师资队伍建设提供了一个新视角。通过运用标杆分析法,比较了W大学与标杆高校师资队伍建设的差距和症结所在,并实施靶向治疗,从大力引进高层次领军人才、加大中青年教师队伍的培养力度、优化师资队伍结构、构建合理的激励机制四个方面提出了W大学建设一流师资队伍的实施路径。
With the development and promotion of the construction of"double first-class"in the country, provinces and cities, the academic community has basically formed a consensus. The key to the construction of a first-class university lies in the first-class discipline, and the key to the construction of a first-class discipline lies in the first-class faculty. This can be seen from the fierce competition for talents among colleges and universities after the proposal of"double first-class". In order to achieve the goal of"double firstclass"construction, it is imperative for local colleges and universities to strengthen the construction of firstclass teachers. Benchmarking analysis provides a new perspective for the study of the construction of first-class teachers in local colleges and universities. By using benchmarking analysis, this paper compares the gap and crux between W University and benchmarking university, and implements targeted treatment. From four aspects: vigorously introducing high-level leading talents, increasing the training of young and middle-aged teachers, optimizing the structure of teachers, and building a reasonable incentive mechanism, this paper puts forward the implementation path of building a first-class teachers team in W University.
