Discussion on the Implementation Path of “Online and Offline” Mixed Training for Vocational College Teachers

新时代对职业院校的教师提出了新的要求,"互联网+"对教师培训带来了新的变革,但也出现了一些问题,针对这些问题,基于"互联网+"新生态下,我们采用"线上线下"相结合的混合研修模式,从培训体系建设、培训课程设置、管理机制健全等方面,提升教师培训的有效性,为培养新时代的"能工巧匠"和"大国工匠"提供优秀的师资来源。

The new era puts forward new requirements for teachers in vocational colleges."Internet+" has brought new changes to teacher training, but some problems have also emerged. In response to these problems, based on the new"Internet+" ecosystem, we adopt a hybrid training model that combines"online and offline",the model include of training system construction, training curriculum setting, and sound management mechanism. We believe the model will improve the effectiveness of teacher training and provide excellent sources of the new era of"skilled craftsmen" and"big country craftsmen" teachers.
