高职复合实训平台联动机制研究——以福州软件职业技术学院互联网营销专业群为例

摘要 福州软件职业技术学院互联网营销专业群整合物流管理、物流金融管理、互联网金融、会计、网络营销等专业教学资源,构建契合福建省财经商贸产业行业需求的、以提升学生实践能力为目标的"产教融合、校企双主体协同育人、课赛融合、‘1+X’课证融合"人才培养模式。在此基础上,互联网营销专业群致力于打造复合实训平台,将岗位实训、通用素养训练、专业技能训练充分融通、彼此促进,同时建立保障体系,从而实现培养复合型技术技能型人才的目标。 The Internet Marketing Professional Construction Group of Fuzhou Software Technology Vocational College integrates logistics management, logistics financial management, Internet finance, accounting, network marketing and other professional teaching resources to build a talent training model that meets the needs of the financial and commercial industry in Fujian Province and aims to improve students’ practical capabilities. This model contains three aspects: integration between industry and education, collaborative education by schools and enterprises, curriculum-certificate integration,and "1+X certificate"system. The internet marketing professional group is committed to creating a composite training platform, which fully integrate job training, general literacy training, and professional skills training. Meanwhile, it establish a guarantee system, so as to achieve the goal of cultivating composite technical skills talents.
