小汗腺血管瘤样错构瘤1例

摘要 患者女,20岁,右肘部红斑20年,局部多汗,皮疹缓慢增大。皮肤科情况:右肘部见2处分别约为22 cm×8 cm、1 cm×1 cm暗红色不规则斑片,境界清楚,无触痛,局部皮温稍高,天热时见汗液渗出。皮损组织病理示:真皮上部毛细血管扩张,血管周围可见增生的小汗腺组织,少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断:小汗腺血管瘤样错构瘤。
