摘要
本文针对目前校园快递存在的问题,通过借鉴影响快递服务质量的相关文献,在此基础上运用层次分析法构建指标体系。通过对比分析,得出各个因素的权重大小。结果显示:取件便利是影响网点服务质量的关键因素,而创新服务与其他因素相比不太明显。因此,本文最后从取件便利、包裹安全等方面对校园网点服务优化提出了建议,以供参考。
Aiming at the current problems of campus express delivery,this article draws on relevant literature that affects express delivery service quality,and uses analytic hierarchy process to construct an index system on this basis.Through comparative analysis,the weight of each factor is obtained.The results show that the convenience of pickup is a key factor that affects the service quality of outlets,while innovative services are less obvious compared with other factors.Therefore,this article finally puts forward suggestions for the optimization of campus network services from the aspects of convenience of pickup and package safety,etc.,for reference.
