摘要
高效管理团队对企业可持续性发展起着至关重要的作用,打造高效管理团队离不开企业科学高效的激励机制。科学长效的管理团队激励机制有利于提高团队的凝聚力和向心力、激发员工潜能以及增强员工的组织归属感。当前,国有企业面临基层员工流失严重、团队稳定性差,部分企业采取了一系列措施加强高效管理团队的建设,但在激励机制建设方面还存在激励重要性的认识不足、激励措施针对性不强、激励力度不足等问题,严重影响了国有企业管理人员的工作积极性、创造性的发挥。因此,采取优化薪酬激励机制、实施精神激励、完善晋升激励机制等措施,对打造国有企业高效管理团队意义重大。
An efficient management team plays a vital role in the sustainable development of an enterprise.Building an efficient management team is inseparable from an enterprise’s scientific and efficient incentive mechanism.The scientific and long-term management team incentive mechanism is conducive to improving the cohesion and centripetal force of the team,stimulating the potential of employees and enhancing the sense of belonging of the organization.At present,the state-owned enterprises are facing the problems of serious loss of grassroots staff and poor team stability.Some enterprises have taken a series of measures to strengthen the construction of efficient management team,but there are still some problems in the construction of incentive mechanism,such as the lack of understanding of the importance of incentive,the lack of pertinence of incentive measures,and the lack of incentive strength,which seriously affect the enthusiasm and creativity of state-owned enterprise managers.Therefore,it is of great significance to optimize the salary incentive mechanism,implement spiritual incentive and improve the promotion incentive mechanism to build an efficient management team of state-owned enterprises.
