“准员工”视域下融合TBL在汽车物流领域的DL人才培养路径研究

Research on the Path of DL Talent Training in the Field of Automobile Logistics by Integrating TBL from the Perspective of"Quasi-employees"

"大数据+云计算+区块链"智能技术带动了物流业转型,高职院校课程体系及人才培养要匹配市场的需求变化。本文主要调研及诊断台州区域高职院校物流专业课程体系及人才培养现状,采用TBL课程体系和DL人才培养方法解决问题,以准员工视角精准对接汽车物流企业,提出了融合核心技能和课程思政双因素,优化"四度统一"实训教学路径,建立校企双交替、岗位技能双递人才培养模式等实施策略。

With the intelligent technology of"big data+cloud computing+block chain"driving the transformation of the logistics industry,the curriculum system and talent training of higher vocational colleges must match the changes in market demand.This paper mainly investigates and diagnoses the current situation of logistics curriculum system and personnel training in Taizhou regional higher vocational colleges,adopts TBL curriculum system and DL personnel training method to solve problems,and accurately connects with automobile logistics enterprises from the perspective of prospective employees.This paper puts forward the method of integrating core skills and curriculum ideological and political factors,optimizes the"four degrees of unification"practical teaching path,and establishes the implementation strategy of double alternation between school and enterprise,and double progressive talent training mode of post skills.
