基于有限元的轮胎式地铁铺轨车结构设计

摘要 针对传统的地铁铺轨车施工效率低、控制复杂以及安全隐患大等缺点,提出了一种新型轮胎式铺轨车,介绍了其结构特点和主要组成;建立了该设备在正常工作状态下的载荷数学模型,并运用有限元方法,结合梁单元和板单元模拟实际受力情况,分析各个部件在正常工作状态下的应力状态,优化并验证该设备的结构强度和刚度。本文对轮胎式地铁铺轨车的理论推导和强度计算方法对同类型设备的设计具有指导意义。 In view of the disadvantages of traditional metro track-laying vehicles,such as low construction efficiency,complex control and high safety risk,we put forward a new wheel-type metro track-laying vehicle,and introduced its structural characteristics and main components.We established the mathematical model of the equipment under normal working conditions,simulated the actual working situation of the beam unit and the plate unit,used the finite element method to analyze the stress state of each part under normal working conditions,and optimized and verified the structural strength and stiffness of the equipment.The theoretical deduction and strength calculation method in this paper have important guiding significance for the design of the same type of equipment.
