摘要
散热性能是干式变压器设计的重要指标之一。本文运用Flotherm热仿真软件,建立干式变压器简化模型,研究绕组热点及其分布规律,分析封板与柜体间隙对系统有效风量的影响以及绕组实时温度测量方法等。基于仿真技术的干式变压器散热研究对提高产品可靠性、优化风道和结构设计都具有重要意义。
Heat dissipation performance is one of the important indexes for dry-type transformer.In this paper,a simplified dry-type transformer model is created with Flotherm.The winding hot spots and their distribution rules,the influence of the gap between the sealing plate and the cabinet on system effective airflow,and the measurement method of real-time winding temperature are all analyzed.The study on the heat dissipation performance of dry-type transformer based on simulation is of great significance for the improvement of product reliability,as well as the optimization of air duct and structure design.
