摘要
通过对减速机壳体的结构特点及技术要求进行分析,此结构采用双砂芯组合进行设计。实际生产前通过MAGMA软件对减速机壳体的生产工艺进行初步分析,可以推断出铸件产生缩松、缩孔和热节的位置,通过工艺优化,有效的控制缩松的产生,降低废品率。
In this study we analyzed the structure characteristics and technology requirements of the speed reducer shell,and used double cores to optimize the design.We simulated and analyzed the casting process of the speed reducer shell by using MAGMA software,and deducted the positions of dispersed shrinkage,shrinkage holes and other defects.Through process optimization,the shrinkage is effectively controlled,and the defective rate is reduced.
