摘要
在某型油冷器的研制中,遇到了焊接后钎料外溢到底座装配面上形成焊瘤的质量问题。通过应用冷挤压工艺,对原设计结构进行了更改。不仅解决了这一质量问题,而且有效的降低了生产成本。冷挤压工艺在应用时需对材料变形的断面缩减率及挤压力进行校核,以保证工艺过程的顺利进行。
In the development of a certain type of oil cooler,the alloy would overflow onto the assembly surface of the base after welding,thus forming an overlap and affecting the product quality.By applying the cold extrusion process,we not only solved the problem,but also effectively reduced the production cost.When applying the cold extrusion process,the reduction rate and the cold extrusion force of the material deformation section need to be checked,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the process.
