摘要
压气机锥型鼓筒轴为TC4钛合金零件,TC4合金在发动机领域属于难加工的一类材料。压气机锥型鼓筒轴为7个压气机组成的整体结构,该结构形状复杂,其尺寸精度要求高。针对压气机锥型鼓筒轴难加工的外圆榫槽位置,设计了非标榫槽刀片、改善切削参数、调整走刀路线等,结果表明:提出的机加工艺参数以及塞钢珠测量法和成型检测样板测量法,有效地解决了压气机锥型鼓筒轴外圆榫槽的加工变形和零件尺寸的检测难题。在发动机领域内,为有类似结构的零件机加提供了大量数据并积累了丰富的经验。
The cone drum shaft of the compressor is made of TC4 titanium alloy,and TC4 alloy is hard to machine.The cone drum shaft is a whole structure composed of 7 compressors.It has complicated shape,and its dimensional precision requirement is high.In this paper,aiming at the outer-circle mortise of the cone drum shaft,a non-standard mortise blade is designed,the cutting parameters are improved,and the cutting route is adjusted.The results show that,the improved machining parameters and the measurement methods of steel ball plug and molding test sample can effectively solve the problems of machining deformation and part size detection of the outer-circle mortise of the cone drum shaft.This paper has provided data and experience for the machining of similar parts in the field of engine machining.
