自改革开放以来,我国的社会经济发展的十分迅速,建筑业作为推动社会经济发展的主要元素,在城市化建设中有着不容忽视的重要性。但随着建筑行业的不断发展,不仅工程项目的种类越来越多,工程经济管理风险也逐渐增加。本文将以建筑行业的进一步发展为目的,根据当前建筑工程经济管理的特点,从经济效益出发,分析探讨当前工程项目中存在的风险,提供建筑工程经济管理风险对策。

Since the reform and opening up,China's social and economic development has been very rapid.As the main element of promoting social and economic development,the construction industry is very important in the construction of urbanization.However,with the continuous development of the construction industry,not only the types of engineering projects are increasing,but the risks of engineering economic management are also gradually increasing.Aiming at the further development of the construction industry,according to the characteristics of current construction engineering economic management,starting from economic benefits,this article analyzes and discusses the risks existing in current engineering projects,and provides countermeasures for the risk of construction engineering economic management.
