Research on Construction Engineering Quality Management Mode from the Perspective of Government Supervision

随着我国城市化建设进程不断推进,我国建筑工程规模在不断扩大,对于建筑工程的综合质量也有了更高的要求。质量是决定建筑使用性能的关键性因素,为了保障建筑工程更好地发挥出实际使用性能,必须做好建筑工程质量管理工作,其中政府作为监督管理主体,发挥着重要的监管作用。本文对政府监督视角下建筑工程质量管理模式进行深入的研究与分析,并提出一些合理的意见和措施,旨在进一步促进我国建筑工程质量提高,更好地发挥出政府的基础监管职能。

With the continuous advancement of China's urbanization process,the scale of China's construction projects is constantly expanding,and there are higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of construction projects.Quality is a key factor that determines the performance of a building.In order to ensure that the construction project can better exert its actual use performance,it is necessary to do a good job in the quality management of the construction project.The government,as the main body of supervision and management,plays an important supervisory role.This article conducts an in-depth study and analysis of the construction project quality management model from the perspective of government supervision,and puts forward some reasonable opinions and measures,aiming to further promote the improvement of the construction project quality in China and better exert the government's basic supervision function.
